Bayview occupies a small area on the south side of the Glenmore Reservoir. Its setting makes outdoor access a central part of a home search, but the experience still depends on the street and the property. South Glenmore Park provides reservoir-area recreation, including pathways and a sailing school. Review the City’s facility information for activities and seasonal availability. Living near the reservoir does not establish private waterfront rights or unrestricted use of the water.
