Making the decision of which realtor to choose is not one that should be made lightly. Putting your complete trust in someone to help manage the sale of your investment can be pretty scary. When we decided to list our house for sale, we spoke with multiple relators and I’m so glad we made the choice to list with Ryan Sexton. We made the decision to list our house right before the COVID-19 pandemic occurred. Though it was not the ideal economic situation for selling a house, Ryan’s calm, cool and down to earth disposition brought me comfort and reassurance. Ryan made the sale of our house less about sales and more about service. He proved that time and time again throughout the process of listing and selling the house. There was some work we needed to get done in order to prepare the house for listing. We met at the end of February and had the work done and house listed by the first week in March. Ryan sourced out painting, window repair, carpet cleaning, hired a professional photographer and house stager. He even came and helped me move my furniture around, far above the average call of duty. His attention to detail and knowledge of the current market showed through his recommendations on what was worth upgrading and where we could add value to our home. Throughout the process Ryan was a true professional, always encouraging us to call him whenever we had a question and finding a solution to every problem that came up. We managed to sell the house at a great price in a tough market in less than 90 days. Ryan has gained a lifelong client in me.
